A Bolton woman will be dancing for 24 hours straight to raise money for causes close to her heart.
While for some, dance till you drop might mean a few hours at a time before stopping through exhaustion, that is not an option for 51-year-old Lisa Urmston.
Lisa, from Darcy Lever, will hold her fourth annual "danceathon" at the end of the week, dancing all the way through from noon on Friday, August 16 to noon on Saturday.
This year the charity event, which will be at Gorses Green, Darcy Lever, will be split between two causes close to her heart, the Sapphire Partnership and Bolton Dementia Support.
She said: "I started it four years ago, I am nearly 52 now and was 49 when I started. I danced into my 50th birthday on the second year.

"Bolton Dementia Support have been great with my dad, he was diagnosed with it nine years ago but he is doing really well, me and my sister are his main carers.
"But they really help him."
Lisa works with children with learning difficulties, as does Bolton-based charity the Sapphire Partnership, which assists young adults with neurodiverse needs and disabilities to work towards independence, become more resilient and achieve their potential.
She said: "I don't work with them, but support young adults that visit there. They were overwhelmed when I said I would raise money for them.
"They have been raising money for a minibus for a couple of years, at the moment their staff are using their own vehicles and they desperately need a minibus, so this will be going towards that which would really help."
The event will have a singer towards the end, karaoke for the first time and a raffle after Lisa is finished.
The raffle includes prizes from Bolton business behemoths such as Warburtons, Park Cakes and more.
She added: "Anybody can turn up and dance. We have got karaoke on this year for the first time, I'm sure I'll be throwing one out!
"We will also have a couple of food vans, like Greenhalghs and hopefully an ice cream van."
