A meeting is set to be held to give people a chance to talk about their policing and crime concerns.
The Partners and Community Together meeting will be held at the Hub in Westhoughton on Thursday August 22.
This comes as part of a series of events hosted by police officers and other agencies in the area.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “The West PACT, Partners and Community Together, meeting has been booked for Thursday August 22 6pm to 8pm at the Hub in Westhoughton.
“This will be chaired by Chief Inspector Justine Topping who will provide an overview of GMP and the Bolton Division and then Sergeant Mark Robertson of the Westhoughton team will provide a more local update specific to the West.
“Although this has been booked at a venue in Westhoughton it is for the entire West area (Horwich/Heaton and Lostock/Ladybridge/Blackrod) with the new format of these meetings been held quarterly.
“The next one will be in November, likely at a venue in Horwich.
“The Council Community Safety Team will be present as will be the Community Social Care Team, the invite will also be extended to social housing providers such as Bolton at Home.”
Anyone with any concerns can call police on 101 or 999 in the event of an emergency.
