A walk through some of the most picturesque places in and around Bolton will take place next month organised by Moors to Mountains - Guided Adventures.
The Three Towers charity fundraising walk will support Bolton Mountain Rescue, Rivington Heritage Trust and the Woodland Trust.
It will takes place on September 15, and will take around eight to 12 hours to complete. But there will be options to join the walk and the latter stages.
The entire route is 40km / 25 miles.
The walk starts at Scottie's Café & Tea Rooms in Ramsbottom, with walkers passing The Strawbury Duck in Edgworth, The Royal Arms - Tockholes, Black Dog Pub in Belmont, The Pike Snack Shack and finish up at Blackedge Brewing Company Ltd in Horwich.
Moors to Mountains is led by Colin Liptrot from Westhoughton, who has been leading guided walks whilst revealing the secrets of each place he takes a group to.

Pike Snack Shack mentioned in the Sunday Times Good Walks
Bolton Mountain Rescue Team relies on donations to keep the service operational.
Donations go towards the team's running costs of circa £50,000.
Rivington Heritage Trust works to look after the historic Terraced Gardens after a multi-million pound restoration project to breathe new life into them.
Now the gardens attract scores of visitors, with the volunteers opening the iconic Pigeon Tower once a month to raise money for the upkeep of the gardens and further their work.
The Woodland Trust, who own and operate the vast Smithills Estate, the largest site managed by the trust.
Toposcopes have been installed at key points on the estate, the largest site managed by the Woodland Trust, with directions and information to points of interest and notable landscapes.
