A local history society in Bolton is moving to a new venue.
Halliwell Local History Society from now on will meet from St Peter's Parish Centre, which is the former Jubilee School.
It is at 347 Church Road, Bolton, BL1 5RR.
The first meeting at the new venue will be on Tuesday, August 27 at 7.30pm.

It will feature author Steve Fielding, speaking about his book 'The Hangman's Record'.
Admission fee is £1 for members and £2.50 for guests.
Halliwell Local History Society was formed in 1986 by a group of people who were intent on recording and keeping alive the history of the Halliwell Township.
