A wanted person has been arrested after an off-road bike rider led police on a chase in Bolton.
Officers were targeting hotspot areas and responding to incidents in relation to off-road bikes. Over the weekend, four bikes were seized and two people were arrested.
One arrest came after a bike was pursued from Bolton into Lancashire. The driver abandoned the bike and was chased on foot by officers.
He was detained and enquiries established that he was wanted in connection to an assault. He was further arrested for traffic-related offences and his bike was also seized.
