How long have you been a landlady for?

Six and a half years.

Do you serve food?

Yes, we serve food every day we are open, which is every day apart from Monday.

Our Cheese and Onion Pie and Minted Lamb Henry is very popular.

Do you have a beer garden?

Yes, we have a beer garden which is very popular, it has got pods that people can go in if it is raining.

What is the best thing about being a landlady?

Meeting people. We have a lot of regulars and destination people.

I have lived in the village for 20 odd years.

What is the most challenging thing?

Getting the staff, this has been harder since Covid.

What is your most popular beer?

We do Thwaites Gold which people like and also Moretti.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us about the pub?

We have a quiz night every Wednesday, where the winner can get a £20 voucher.

We also have a folk band who play every Tuesday, they are The O’Gradleys.
