A town centre business had its glass door smashed in overnight.
Mooboo on Knowsley Street was targeted in what is understood to be a 'break-in'.
The damage was clear to see this morning, with the bottom panel of the shop door smashed, with broken glass on the floor.
A smell of smoke was also in the air.

The Bolton News understands that there was a "break in" at the shop and that smoke was set off from a "smoke alarm".
A shop worker on scene this morning said that the incident happened at around 4am.
Greater Manchester Police have been approached for comment.
