Summer would not be summer without a traditional garden party.
And an invite has been extended to all to attend Smithills Hall this weekend, which will holding its popular event.
The garden party starts at noon and goes on until 4pm.
A spokesman for Smithills Hall said: "We’ve got lots of crafters who’ll be selling their handicrafts, produce and lots of activities going on at the Garden Party on Sunday 14 July, 12pm to 4pm.
"Free entry, no need to book. Hope to see you there!"
The garden party is one of the most popular social events on the calendar in Bolton.
Last year the garden party attracted hundreds of people throughout the day.
Families last year were treated to ice cream and food stalls along with games, interactive story-telling and much more in the beautiful historic grounds of the estate.
Smithills Hall is a fascinating place with a history that dates back more than 800 years although there is evidence to prove people lived in the area covered by the Smithills estate for thousands of years.
