An appeal has gone out to find a missing man who police may be in the Bolton area.
Michael Preston, 46, was last seen two weeks ago near Royal Preston Hospital on Saturday June 22.
This week an update from Greater Manchester Police said that they believe Mr Tomlinson may be somewhere in Bolton.
A Preston Police spokesperson said: “Since he was reported missing, enquiries have been ongoing offline to locate Michael, but we are now asking for your help.
“He is 6ft 3in, slim build, brown hair and a dark full beard.
“He was last seen wearing grey Nike 110s with a green tick, black and grey joggers, which may be ripped, a grey top with white writing, grey hoodie, black baseball cap with a Yankee sign, carrying a large black and red rucksack.
“Michael walks using a crutch.
“He has links to Preston, Blackpool and Nottingham.”

An image released by Preston Police shows Mr Tomlinson with his crutch dressed in the manner that they have described.
Police often put out appeals like these to help them find people who have gone missing.
Anyone who has seen Mr Tomlinson can call police on 999 if it is an immediate sighting or can call 101 if they have any more information.
