If you go down into Blackrod tomorrow (Saturday), You're sure of a big surprise.
Because it is the day the scarecrows have their picnic!
Blackrod Library is hosting the Blackrod Scarecrow Picnic between 10am and 4pm to celebrate the annual festival in the village.
A spokesman for the library said: "Bring your family and friends to the Blackrod Scarecrow Festival and stop by at the Blackrod Library Scarecrow's picnic. It's the perfect way to spend a summer Saturday – and the best part? It's free and just drop in.
"Don’t miss out on this wonderful community event."
The festival itself goes on all weekend.
It will be the 16th Blackrod Scarecrow Festival.
