A Bolton business is one of the fastest growing in the North West according to The Sunday Times 100.

Represent is in the top 10 for the region and in the top 100 for the UK for growth in the last three years.

The business is a contemporary clothing brand belonging to brothers George Heaton and Michael Heaton with its HQ in Horwich but with branches in Los Angeles and, as of 2025, in London.

It is rocked by celebrities such as Machine Gun Kelly and Meek Mill and stocked by companies such as Selfridges.

According to The Sunday Times 100, which is a supplement in the national newspaper this weekend, its sales are up to more than £80 million in what is an increase of more than 80 per cent in sales in the last three years.

Jim Armitage, the business editor of The Sunday Times, said: "Our politicians talk about how they'll achieve growth but it is the graft of entrepreneurs – such as those in this year's Sunday Times 100 – which achieves it.

"Their remarkable resilience shows what is possible with vision and hard work."

Adanola, a fashion firm which is based in Manchester, is the fastest growing in the North West with an increase of more than 200 per cent in sales in the last three years.

Six Stories, another fashion firm which is based in Manchester, and 21D Clinical, a dental business which is based in Birchwood, Warrington, are the rest of the top three.
