Free bike checks and simple repairs are to be carried out outside Bolton railway station this week.
In a post on Facebook, Bolton Station Cycle Centre said ‘Dr Bike’ will be setting up outside the main station entrance from 3.30pm to 6.30pm on Thursday, June 27.

The group added: “If a simple repair can be done and we have the part, we will do it.
“Again, for no cost to you. This is supported by Bolton Station Community Partnership.”
The Bolton Station Community Partnership was set up in 2017.
In 2019, the former ‘General Waiting Room’ on Platform 5 was transformed by the partnership into its P5 Gallery exhibition space.
