WOULD-BE burglars attempted to force their way into homes on an estate, police said.
Officers received numerous reports of people trying to break into properties on Union Street, in Tyldesley.
Police said the attempted burglaries took place on Sunday, June 16, between 3pm and 7pm.
Officers have issued an appeal for information and footage to help their investigation into the incidents.
In a statement, Greater Manchester Police said: "There have been a number of reports of people attempting to gain access to residential properties in Tyldesley, specifically Union Street between 3pm – 7pm on the 16th June 2024.
"Please contact the police on 101 with any information including CCTV or ring doorbell footage if you saw anything suspicious around this time.
