A Bolton man has been banned from the roads after driving while disqualified.
Jozsef Horvath was behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Insignia on Shepherd Cross Street, Smithills, in April this year.
The 34-year-old had no insurance for the vehicle and was banned from the roads at the time.
At Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court Horvath admitted the two offences.
Following this he was banned from the roads for a year.
He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay further costs of £133.

Horvath, from Westmarsh Close, Halliwell, Bolton, was told he could pay off the mount owed at a rate of 320 each month.
The court took the guilty pleas he entered to the two offences into consideration when determining the sentence which it would impose.
