A Bolton man has been penalised for not meeting the insurance requirements on a vehicle.
Istvan Balog had a Ford vehicle and was the registered keeper of it.
However, Tameside Magistrates' Court found he did not meet the insurance requirements for it.
The case against Balog, of Halliwell Road, Halliwell, was proved in his absence.

The case was prosecuted by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.
The 69-year-old was fined £220 and ordered to pay further costs of £228.
He was told to pay the amount owed within a month.
