A borough man has been banned from the roads after failing to provide a blood specimen to police.
Usman Iqbal was suspected of committing a motoring offence in Bolton in March this year.
As a result the 30-year-old was required to provide a specimen of blood to be tested.
However he refused to do so without reasonable excuse.

Iqbal admitted the offence at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
Following this he was banned from the roads for a year.
Iqbal, of Plodder Lane, Farnworth, was also fined £120 with the court taking his guilty plea into account when determining the sentence which it would impose.
