New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Bolton’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated one eatery a four out of five hygiene rating and two eateries a three out of five hygiene rating.

Bolton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 26.
Great Lever and Farnworth Golf Club, on Plodder Lane, Farnworth,The inspection report states the hygienic food handling is very good, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building is good whilst the management of food safety is generally satisfactory.

Two Bolton restaurants have also been handed new three-out-of-five food hygiene ratings.
Pepes Piri Piri, a restaurant at Unit V2 The Vaults, The Market Place, Bolton was given the score after assessment on April 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The inspection report states the eatery is generally satisfactory in all areas.
And New Bury Vision Group, at 59 George Street was given a score of three on April 26.
The inspection report states the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building is good whilst the hygienic food handling and the management of food safety are generally satisfactory.
It means that of Bolton's 444 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 247 (56 per cent) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
