Blood pressure checks will be available at Bolton Central Library next week.
Health trainers will be at the library on Friday, June 14 between 11am to 2pm.
And as well as checking blood pressure, there will be advice on cutting down alcohol, stopping smoking, improving diets and increasing exercise.
It is a drop in session and no appointment is needed.
High blood pressure (hypertension) can increase your risk of developing serious problems, such as heart attacks and strokes, if it's not treated.
Having this quick test is the only way to find out what your blood pressure is – and it could save your life.
For more information visit Bolton Library and Museums Page, where there is also information about all the events taking place.
