A gym will run a free boot camp for non-members and members alike in order to raise money for a mental health charity.
The Colony Health & Fitness Gym is running the boot camp on June 15 and invite everyone to take part as they fundraise for Mhist, a mental health independent support team in Bolton.
A spokesman for the gym said: “On the 15th of June we will be running our largest ever boot camp session and all for an amazing cause.
“Some of you may know we are situated below @mhist.bolton in town centre and have decided to raise money for the amazing work that they provide.
“For every person that takes part we will donate £1 to MhiST as well as taking collections on the day. “
The gym has previously held a boot camp with 54 people and now hope to double this figure.
A spokesman said: “Our largest ever boot camp was 54 people but we are hoping to double it.
“It is completely free of charge for any participant, member or not, so please share this post, tell your friends, family, colleagues, dogs, and everyone to come down and take part and make us put our money where our mouth is.

“We all know someone who has/is suffering with their mental health so by supporting charities like this it isn’t just a case of us having to choose somewhere because it’s a nice thing to do.
“This money could go towards helping someone through rehab, improving their quality of life or even saving a person’s life.”
MhIST provides services like counselling, mindfulness meditation, drama therapy, craft and social group which enable people to cope with anxiety and emotional distress.
The Colony Health & Fitness is on Knowsley Street.
