Two people accused of drug-related offences have been arrested in Bolton after failing to attend court.
The pair, a 41-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man, were arrested in Egerton yesterday evening, June 1.
The woman failed to attend court in Cheshire on May 28 on charges of possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs, while the man also failed to attend court on the same date for charges of cultivating cannabis, possessing cannabis and possessing an offensive weapon.
They are both being kept in police custody and are set to attend court on Monday.
A spokesperson for GMP's Bolton North Neighbourhood Team said: "A woman has been arrested for failing to attend court.

Police regularly put out wanted appeals to help them find suspects or other people who are wanted on recall to prison, or in some cases for missing court appearances.
But the force urges anyone who sees a wanted person not to approach them and instead to contact police as soon as it is safe to do so.
