A historic village pub in Edgworth has gone up for sale.
The well-known Rose and Crown in Edgworth has been listed on Zoopla and Rightmove.
The pub also includes a restaurant and a bed and breakfast.
A sign outside the pub states that prospective owners can contact Knightsbridge, who are marketing the property.
The explanation given for the sale is “offered due to personal reasons.”
However, the move comes less than a year after new owners were announced at the country pub.
In September 2023 Jason and Scot Davenport were announced as taking over the the pub and said they had added a jukebox, Sky Spots and a new food and cocktail menu.
They also included a dog menu and new chefs and vowed to make the pub a part of the nearby community.
But now new owners are being sought for the property.
The brochure for the pub states the bed and breakfast can generate £115 each night in additional revenue.
It also states there is annual turnover in excess of £192,500 with earnings before interest, rate depreciation and amortisation of just over £50,000.
The goodwill - name it trades uner - and assets of the building are to be included within the sale.

The listing also states the pub offers live music, weekly quizzes and karaoke nights.
It also operates from a leasehold premises with a long-term contract in place.
The pub, which goes back to the 17th century, has a refurbished kitchen and cellar cooling system.
A number of pubs elsewhere in Bolton have also gone up for sale.
The Seven Sisters Pub in Harwood went up for sale in March this year after the owners decided to “move on.”
And plans have been submitted to use The Cotton Tree, near the centre of Bolton, as a nursery.
