Preparations are officially underway in the town centre as Bolton Pride is set to return to the borough this weekend.
The festival will be taking place on Saturday and Sunday, May 25 and 26, with hundreds expected to flock to the centre to celebrate.
And preparations are underway, Victoria Square is currently restricted as crews work to fit the stage to the town hall steps, and foot huts are put up for the entertainment filled weekend.
The annual event gets underway on Saturday with the parade, starting at the University of Bolton before making its way through the town centre and finishing in Victoria Square for a weekend of performances.
