A fire broke out at an engineering works in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters from two different fire stations were called to the scene on New Brunswick Street, Horwich just after 2am in the early hours of Sunday May 19.
There they found a fire underway at a business and quickly used hose reels jets to tackle the blaze.
A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “At just after 2am this morning, Sunday May 19, fire crews were called to reports of a fire at a commercial property on New Brunswick Street, Horwich.
“Three fire engines from Horwich and Bolton Central quickly attended the scene.
“Fire Fighters are tackling the fire using four breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets.
“Crews remain in attendance.”

As of around 10am on Sunday morning the blaze had been brought under control but firefighters remained at the scene to make sure it had been made safe.
No injuries or further damage to nearby building in the area have been reported as a result of the fire.
Members of the public have been advised to always call 999 in the event of an emergency as soon as it is safe to do so.
