A man has been charged following a hate crime in Bolton.
Officers in the town's north neighbourhood police team have carried out an investigation following an incident on Turton Street on June 29 last year.
And Edward Mongan, 47, of Owlwood Close, Little Hulton, has now been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.
He is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on June 12.

On Friday, A police spokesperson said: "A man has been charged following a hate crime.
"Following an investigation by the Bolton North Neighbourhood Team, Edward Mongan, 47, and of Owlwood Close, Salford, has been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.
"This is following an incident on Turton Street on June 29, 2023."
