Residents can put their concerns to police over a cuppa as officers come up with innovative ideas to reach out to members of the community.
The Great Lever neighbourhood team is introducing 'coffee with a cop', with the first taking place on May 14 at 10am for thirty minutes at Chaiwalla on Manchester Road.
A spokesman for GMP Bolton South said: "This is a chance for us in the neighbourhood team to meet with members of the public, at various venues across Great Lever so that they can come and have a chat to us.
"We are aware that not everyone can attend our PACT meetings, for various reasons. Hopefully this should allow for those that cannot make those an opportunity to raise any issues/concerns.
"We will look forward to seeing you there."
