Two men have been arrested after a large knife and a quantity of drugs were found.
Officers from the Greater Manchester Police Bolton Town Centre Neighbourhood Team and the shoplifting team responded to reports of ongoing drug dealing from a vehicle on the back of Bridge Street this afternoon, May 2.

Upon arrival police say two males aged 23 and 18, have exited the vehicle and attempted to make off from officers, being detained after a short foot chase.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "On their persons and within the vehicle, around 70 snap bags of various class A and class B drugs were located.
"One of the males was also found to be in possession of a large knife."
Both have been arrested and remain in custody for questioning.
