A new village gardening club has opened for green fingered folk - of all abilities.
Little Lever Library's Garden Brew and Chat Club meets every Tuesday afternoon for people to share tips, swap seed and plants and share what they are growing - whether it is houseplants, backyard pots or growing in allotments.
The club meets at 1.30pm until 2.30pm and everyone is welcome.
The club is one of many activities put on by Bolton Library and Museum Service for all ages.
These include the Curator of Egyptology, Ian Trumble, staging a series of tours around the Bolton’s Egypt galleries in Bolton Musuem.
Each tour takes a different theme to explore some of the 2000 objects on display!
The free tours are on May 22 and June 19, starting at 11am and 2pm
For more details visit the service's Facebook page.
