A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital after a crash at a roundabout today, Monday.
Greater Manchester Police and North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) responded to reports of a crash close to the Tesco Extra store in Horwich at 12.45pm.
The man who was taken to hospital is not believed to have suffered serious injuries.
A spokesperson for NWAS said: “We were called at 12.45pm today to Tesco, Mansell Way Horwich.

“One ambulance was sent.
“A man in his 20s has gone to hospital.
“His injuries don’t look to be serious.”
An eyewitness says that the roundabout to get into Tesco was blocked for a short period of time while emergency services dealt with the incident and made the area safe.
The accident has now been cleared in this direction.
