The phones are believed to have been taken from a shop in Walkden town centre on Friday March 22.
Police have now released an image of a man they say they want to speak to in connection with the suspected thefts.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “We're appealing for information about the identity of a man we want to speak to following recent reports of multiple mobile phone thefts from a shop in Walkden town centre.
“We believe the man pictured may have important information and we are appealing to anyone who can identify him to get in touch with our investigation team.”
The image released by police shows a young man with dark hair wearing what appears to be a dark coloured hooded jacked.

Anyone who may recognise him or who has any other information about the suspected thefts has been encouraged to call police on 101 quoting 1038 of 22/03/2024.
