Police in Bolton have seized hundreds of illegal vapes, tobacco, designer purses, perfumes, and Apple products after a number of raids.
On Friday, April 12, police from the Rumworth and Halton neighbourhood team worked with Bolton Trading Standards officers to carry out searches of several businesses.
Items seized from three of the premises visited included 184 illicit vapes, 647 sticks of illicit tobacco, 0.2kgs of illicit hand rolling tobacco, 53 items of suspected counterfeit/suspected stolen goods - branded perfumes and clutch purses..
Six items of suspected counterfeit Apple products including air pods and power cables.
Two places visited were found to be fully compliant on inspection.

A spokesman for police said: "The operation was a great example of partnership working and should send a clear message that this type of activity will not be tolerated in our communities.

"Information can also be passed through the independent charity - Crimestoppers - on 0800 555 111 anonymously."
Police have been undertaking raids this last week all over Greater Manchester.
