A Bolton man was found dead at his home, an inquest has heard.
An inquest has opened into the death of Jason Bailey, from Blackrod.
Bolton Coroners' Court heard on March 3 this year that Mr Bailey, 48, was found by his mother unresponsive.
Paramedics were called and he was declared deceased.
A postmortem investigation was carried out and the cause of death was recorded as combined drug toxicity.

Mr Bailey was born in Wigan and was a labourer by trade.
Coroner Professor Dr Alan Walsh ordered statements from his GP, the community drugs team, mental health services and police.
He adjourned the case into the death of the man, of Vicarage Road, Blackrod, to a full inquest which is due to take place in July.
