New homes are set to be coming to Chorley this summer – with 201 three and four bedroom homes to be built in the area.
A new phase of homes will be coming to Taylor Wimpey Manchester’s Eaves Green development located on Lower Burgh Way.
Located to the south of the existing development, the new development will consist of three and four bedroom houses and a selection of one and two bedroom homes – the properties are being classed as affordable and ‘perfect for families’.
The development is still under construction and not all of the homes will be available in the summer, but the first set of homes will be.
The popular market town of Chorley, Heath Charnock and Coppull Villages, are only a couple of miles from Eaves Green, providing local cafes, tea rooms, shops, restaurants, and golf clubs within easy reach.
For those looking to venture further afield, Preston, Blackpool, Bolton and Manchester City Centre are easily accessible for commuting and wider entertainment options.
Yarrow Valley Country Park and Rivington Pike are also nearby for walking and family days out.
Sam Evans, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, said: “We are thrilled to be introducing a new selection of homes to Chorley this Summer.
“This is an exciting location which is ideal for countryside living with its natural, woodland surroundings, but with the benefits of local amenities in neighbouring towns.
“We encourage anyone looking to move into a quality new home to visit our website and register your interest to make sure you are kept up to date with the latest information ahead of the official launch.”
