Magistrates have dealt with a range of offences including theft, driving matters and harassment.
Farrkh Javed drove a Toyota Yaris on Harper Green Road, Farnworth, under the influence of cocaine.
The 42-year-old admitted the offence, which took place in June last year, at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
Javed, of Cawdor Avenue, Farnworth, was placed on a community order to last for a year.
He was banned from the roads for three years, fined £120 and ordered to complete a drug rehabilitation requirement.
He was also ordered to attend 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Jonathon Hodson stole three pairs of Raybans glasses from Spurretts Opticians on Brackley Street, Farnworth, worth £488.
The 49-year-old admitted the offence at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
Hodson, of Church Road, Kearsley, was given a sentence of eight weeks imprisonment suspended for a year.
He was ordered to pay compensation of £488.

Tariq Mitha drove a BMW on Darwen Road, Egerton, under the influence of cannabis.
The 23-year-old admitted the offence, which took place in August last year, at Bolton Magistrates' Court.
Mitha, of Blackburn Road, Eagley, was placed on a community order to last for a year.
He was banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work.
Gary Crook harassed a woman in Warrington on separate dates in last year by using threatening, abusive or insulting words.
The 44-year-old admitted the two counts of harassment in Warrington Magistrates' Court.
Crook, of Firwood Grove, Tonge, was placed on a community order to last until November next year.
He was ordered to complete the building better relationships programme and attend 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
