A Bolton pub is up for sale and has 'development potential', according to the sellers.
The Cotton Tree Pub on Prince Street, Halliwell, is being marketed by Fletchers CRE and is listed on Rightmove.
Details stated that the venue could be converted into residential use among other developments.
The pub is the second one in Bolton to go on the market recently with Seven Stars in Harwood being listed for sale.
The Cotton Tree, located on the edge of the town centre, used to be open between midday and 11pm most days but until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
It hosted entertainment at weekends in its lounge area.
Other facilities included traditional pub games, live music, a smoking area and sports TV.
It staged live music in 2017 as part of an effort to help the resurgence of live music.

The pub is being sold by Bolton based Fletcher CRE.
The seller is seeking offers on an unconditional basis of £295,000 subject to contract.
The brochure details stat the large detached public house is “suitable for redevelopment or conversion" and “offers a potential range of uses.
A description of the pub states: “The subject property comprises a large two-storey detached public house with a car park.
“The property extends to a total of 6,275 sq ft on a site of 0.255 acres.”
“The property provides either an alternative use, a range of development opportunities including conversion to residential use, conversion to a mixed-use development or demolition and redevelopment of the existing site subject to the necessary planning consents.
“The property is currently leased on a tenancy at will at an annual income of £12,000 per annum exclusive of all other outgoings.
“The property is also held on a long leasehold basis with an annual ground rent of £4,000 per annum.”
