A police appeal has gone out after a man died at his home towards the end of last month.
Police say that Ian Thomas Gregory died at the age of 62 at his home on Laxey Crescent in Leigh on Tuesday March 26 this year.
Officers have now appeal for members of the public to come forward with any information they may have to help them find Mr Gregory’s next of kin.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “Police are appealing to help trace the next of kin of a man living in Leigh.
“Ian Thomas Gregory, 62, sadly died at his home address of Laxey Crescent on March 26 2024.”
No further details of the circumstances surrounding Mr Gregory’s death were made public by Greater Manchester Police.
Police regularly put out appeals to members of the public to try and encourage them to come forward with information to help them find the loved ones of people who have died.
Anyone with any information about Mr Gregory or his next of kin has been urged to get in touch with the Police Coroner’s Officer.
