A walk taking in Bolton's fells returns this summer.
Residents across the borough are being encouraged to gather their walking boots and take on 9K or 4.5K sponsored walk with friends, family or colleagues whilst also raising funds for Fortalice.
The charity's iconic fundraiser Fortalice Fells Walk will take place on Saturday, July 6 and this year a new 4.5K route option has been announced.

The route takes walkers across Pennine moors, walking over Winter Hill and Rivington Pike with walkers taking in scenic views of the Cumbrian fells, Blackpool, and the Manchester skyline.
This year a survivor of domestic abuse is proudly taking part supporting the charity close to their heart and so far, they have raised £400 alone.
