Dame Betty dreams of having a son and one evening a shooting star grants her wish to life with the help of the Blue Fairy.
Along the way Jiminy Cricket, a bit hopeless but has a joke for every occasion, and Pinocchio’s best friend Lampwick, get involved in the action.
Everything seems to be going well until naive Pinocchio falls into the hands of the devious Strombolina and her right-hand man Honest John who lead them astray to Pleasure Island.
Will Pinocchio and the gang make it back to the toy shop?
