An 'eggs-citing' line-up of events has been announced to celebrate the reopening of Turton Tower after the winter and just in time for Easter.
The tower reopened on Wednesday.
Events lined up include Silver School of Arms sword fencing displays and weapons handling on Easter Sunday form 11am to 4pm and an Easter egg hunt will take place throughout the bank holiday weekend.
The tower is open Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm and all bank holidays until the end of October.
Regular admission charges apply to visit the Tower.
The historic hall off Chapeltown Road lies just over the border from Bolton and is run by Blackburn with Darwen Council.
It is a scheduled ancient monument and a grade I listed building, built in the late Middle Ages.
