A number of people from Bolton have recently appeared before the courts.
Magistrates have dealt with a variety of offences including motoring and having offensive weapons in public.
Bailey Hadfield used a vehicle drove a Fiat Punto on the Lyon Industrial Estate, Kearsley, Bolton, with no licence, insurance and while over the drink drive limit.
He was breathalysed and found to have 101 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
The legal limit is 35.
On the same date in June last year Hadfield, 19, had taken the car after it had been unlawfully taken from its owner and caused damage of more than £5,000.
The man from Grosvenor Street, Kearsley, admitted aggravated vehicle taking and driving over the alcohol limit and with no licence or insurance at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
He was given a community order to last for a year.
He was ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work, attend 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and was banned from the roads for a year.
Gavin Kernohan failed to provide a specimen for analysis when required to do so at Pendleton Police Station
The 30-year-old carried out the offence in March last year.
He denied the offence but was found guilty at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
Kernohan, from Freshfield Grove, Great Lever, was given a community order to last for a year.
He was ordered to do 50 hours of unpaid work and was banned from the roads for a year.

Jessica Appleton drove a BMW on Manchester Road East, Little Hulton, with no licence or insurance and with excess alcohol in her system.
The 23-year-old was breathalysed and found to have 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
She admitted the three offences at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
Following this Appleton, from Curteis Close, Horwich, was placed on a community order to until August 2026.
She was ordered to take part in an alcohol treatment requirement to last for nine months.
She was also fined £50 and banned from the roads for 48 months.
Jonathan Naylor had a baseball bat and a kitchen knife in a public place in Bolton in December last year.
The 37-year-old admitted two offences of having an offensive weapon in public at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
Naylor, from Mere Gardens, Halliwell, was given a sentence of 26 weeks suspended for 18 months.
He was ordered to do an alcohol treatment programme for 12 months and complete 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
