Fortalice is a Bolton based charity which provides frontline services for all victims of domestic abuse and violence.
Their support includes refuge accommodation which holds 22 women and up to 70 children.
Outreach community services for all victims, education in schools and accredited training for professionals.
Unfortunately, several of Fortalices services are unfunded, they rely on grant applications and support from the local community to continue.
Fundraising events support their lifesaving services such as Fortalice’s 24-hour crisis line which offers one to one support at a time when a victim needs it most often when a victim is trying to flee.
Fortalice supports more than 2,200 individuals and their families each year, this would not be possible without support from the Bolton community.
All funds raised from the Ladies Lunch will help to contribute to saving lives.
