Police have fired a warning to off-road bike users after seizing a Sur-Ron bike following a chase in Bolton.
It comes after residents in the borough raised concerns over high speed vehicles in the area.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police Bolton South said: “Officers have seized a Sur-Ron bike following a pursuit in Bolton, after responding to the public's reports of high-speed vehicles in the area.
“We will continue to seize these dangerous and illegal bikes.”
Police have been recently cracking down on off-road bikes causing a nuisance.
They have previously warned off-road bikers they will seize their bikes if they ignore "no go" signs.
Last month it was revealed that a new police unit could be deployed to the borough as early as summer, to tackle the scourge off road bikers in Bolton.
Recently a petition was launched as part of a campaign to bring the unit to the town.
