A popular Indian restaurant, which has been based in Bolton for 20-years, is looking at expanding again after its newly opened Egerton venue proves to be a huge hit.
Spice Valley's second restaurant, opened on the Dunscar Business Park, Egerton, in November last year, and owners say it has been hugely popular.
Spice Valley - the brand - has been around for 20 years in Bolton, having cemented a reputation for quality food.
There is also a Spice Valley in Horwich.
Co-owner Sanjeev Muttra said: “We have seen all our regulars from Horwich and The Valley coming back to us, which has been the best thing for us.

“We plan to open a new one in a different part of Bolton.
“We are not sure yet, but we are considering opening a new one.
“We were really busy during Christmas, and we are still okay now.”
The owners initially opened the Egerton restaurant to give people more choice.
Sanjeev added: “Everyone loves the food and the service, which is shown in the reviews of our food, quality, and service, which have been really good.
“All of the chefs are from India, which is where they started when they were young, so bringing this back to the UK is brilliant.”
The owners Sanjeev and Teelesh Bisnauthsing also help support the local school and local charities, including Backup North West.
The pair have been friends for 20 years and went into business together in 2018 after working together.
Sanjeev added: “It has always been a passion of mine and I started when I was 17 in hospitality management.
“I love meeting all of my regulars every week and I see so many people in Bolton who I have met over the years.”
The restaurant is also putting on a special offer for Mother’s Day on March 10, where children aged 0-11 can eat for free from 12pm until 3pm, with it being the A La Carte menu after then.
