A woman was tragically found dead in a park at the age of just 33.
Sandra Lee Wood went missing on June 4 in 2023 at around 4.05pm.
Mrs Wood, who lived at Westland Avenue in Farnworth, was struggling with mental health issues at the time of her death, the inquest heard.
She was found at Amblecote Playing Fields at 7.33pm on the same day.
Sitting at Bolton Coroners Court, Coroner Peter Sigee heard how Mrs Wood had sent a distressing message to her husband which lead to a priority search.
Detective Inspector, Jonathan Waywall from Greater Manchester Police said the area could not be seen by those not in the woods already.
The detective confirmed he found Mrs Wood.
He said: “Her belongings had been neatly put beside her.
“Her car was parked outside the park."
Detective Inspector Waywall said: “It appeared to be suicide, and there was no other person in the area and no sign of anyone having been there.
“There were 43 minutes between Mrs Wood being reported missing and then being found by police.”
The family of Mrs Wood questioned the use of promazine - which Mrs Wood had been prescribed - prior to her death but a toxicology report by Dr Simon Elliot showed that this was not taken before she died.

An anti-depressant was the only medication found in Mrs Wood’s system, but it was very low.
Dr Elliot also confirmed that while sometimes things may disappear from the blood and urine after time passes before the post-mortem, in four days promazine would have still showed in the toxicology report had it been there.
Mr Sigee said: “Mrs Wood’s death was caused by suspension by ligature while overwhelmed by mental illness.”
