A TOWIE star will be heading north to Bolton to entertain diners at a popular restaurant.
James ‘Arg’ Argent, who has appeared on the hit reality television show The Only Way Is Essex, is now a singer, and will be performing at Thai restaurant, Namploy in Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park this spring.
The singer will be appearing on April 6 and he will also stage a meet and greet session during the evening.
Organiser, Roberto Polacco said: “We are bringing James Argent over to Bolton for a meet and greet and he will sing as well.
“This is his first time in Bolton, and we chose Namploy because it’s a large venue and holds many people.
“James does a lot of events and is a wedding singer at the moment, and it’s been going well.
“He is a real people person and has been getting himself in good shape. “
James is said to be keen to get outside of London and wanted to go to the outskirts of Manchester.
Roberto said: “He’s done gigs in Manchester and it’s about time we brought him to the outskirts and saw Namploy and thought it would be a great venue for him.
“He will be singing and come with another guy and there will be a meet and greet and raffles and charity memorabilia, it will be a fantastic night.
“He’s really excited about it and he’s never been here.
“I have been to Bolton myself and it has a great nightlife, it’s a great place to be."
James is currently performing up and down the country.
