Coca-Cola has announced a new flavour of its classic drink which is now available to buy in the UK.
The company has combined the original taste of Coca-Cola with a zesty lemon flavour with the new product being described as ‘happiness bottled’.
Coca-Cola Lemon is available in both the Zero Sugar and Original Taste variations, allowing fans to opt for a zero sugar and zero calories choice if they want to.
The launch of the new flavour comes after increasing consumer desire for the addition of fun and fruity twists on the classic, Coca-Cola says.
The brand uses its Coca-Cola Creations platform to surprise fans with unexpected tastes, moments and limited-edition collaborations, it says.
Coca-Cola Senior Brand Manager, Laura Moon said: “We’re thrilled to be able to meet consumer demand by expanding our flavours portfolio with the inclusion of Coca-Cola Lemon – it’s quite literally happiness in a bottle!
“We’re consistently considering new variations and would encourage eagle-eyed Coca-Cola fans to watch this space for more.”
