New food hygiene rating have been awarded to four borough establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated one eatery a three out of five and three eateries a one out of five food hygiene rating.
A pub has been handed a new three out of five food hygiene rating after inspection.
Horwich, received the new rating after inspection on January 9.
Bridge Hotel at Bridge Inn, 121 Church Street,The inspection report states the eatery is generally satisfactory in all areas.

Bolton, was given the score after assessment on January 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

Naafiah at 135 Halliwell Road also received a rating of one after inspection on January 9.

It means that of Bolton's 359 takeaways with ratings, 142 (40 per cent) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
