A teaser of this year's Celebrity Big Brother has been released by ITV as rumours continue to circulate around whether model, influencer and wife of Amir Khan will enter the house.

Tonight, ITV will premiere the first brand-new marketing promo for the eagerly awaited new series of Celebrity Big Brother 2024.

In the 30 second video released celebrities can bee seen hiding their faces, keeping viewers guessing as to who is entering the Big Brother house.

The promo for the series which launches on ITV1 and ITVX this March sees a number of people in various scenarios covering their faces as they attempt to avoid the staged paparazzi.

 

According to reports, ITV are said to have offered the mother-of-three Faryal Makhdoom, wife of Olympian Amir, a lucrative contract to appear alongside other famous faces.

 

Hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best appear in the promo vision as AJ says, "They can run...." with Will adding, "But there is one place they can't hide. "

If the rumours are true and Faryal has taken up the chance to appear on Celebrity Big Brother, this would not be her first time on TV screens as she starred alongside her boxer husband on their own BBC show, Meet the Khans: Big In Bolton.

Amir has also appeared on ITV's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

However, Faryal has remained tight lipped so far when approached about entering the house.

Back in 2017, Faryal was approached to appear on the Channel 5 version of Big Brother but declined the offer.

She told The Bolton News at the time: “Yes, my team’s been approached.

“But for now, my main priority is my husband and daughter.

"There’s no way I can leave my daughter for so long and have no contact with my family.

Celebrity Big Brother will see a new cast of famous faces isolated from the outside world as they embark on the ultimate social experiment, taking up residence in the iconic Big Brother house.

Leaving luxury behind, the celebrities will take part in nominations and tough tasks with cameras capturing their every move.

Who will win the hearts of the nation, go all the way to the finish line and be crowned the winner?

The promo will air on both ITV1 and ITV2 tonight.
