Businesses are invited to a network over a beer.

The popular Business Over Beers social event is returns to Bolton tomorrow (Thursday, February 15)

And Bolton-based agency Tao Digital Marketing hopes it will be even bigger than previous ones.

The idea is for Business leaders looking to explore new opportunities in 2024 will come together at a networking event in a relaxed and more social atmosphere - whilst supporting Northern Monkey at the same time.

More than 30 business leaders have attended the event previously and say organisers have described it as a "great way to meet and relate to other business leaders in the area".

Business Over Beers is billed as new way of networking in a relaxed environment for all - Tao Digital state it has a strict policy of no hard selling.

Matt Tomkin, Founder and Director of Tao Digital Marketing, whose office is based on Knowsley Street, said: “We’ve had some brilliant feedback from previous events, so much so that we’ve started to hold them every other month rather than quarterly.

“We’ve had ticket purchases from quite a lot of new faces this time, we’re expecting a 50/50 split between regulars and new businesses, which is great. It’s the sort of support network we need in our town.”

The event at Northern Monkey's microbrewery will be open to all members of the Greater Manchester business community. Attendees will be able to meet like-minded business people in a friendly, social environment over a few drinks (whether that’s beer, wine, spirits or non-alcoholic) to build their networks.

The event is £20 per person which includes bottomless drinks and all proceeds will go to Northern Monkey. There is also a non-alcoholic ticket option for £10.

If you are interested in attending the event, tickets can be booked at https://taodigitalmarketing.com/business-over-beers/

The meeting is from 6pm until 8pm.
