Police say a vehicle has been seized in Bolton.
Officers came across a car on Bury Road, Breightmet.
Police say they pulled the driver over and discovered they only had a provisional licence and no insurance.
A spokesperson for GMP Bolton North said: "He has been reported to court for these offences and the vehicle seized."

Bolton Superintendent Danny O’Neil has been appointed as new force lead for vehicle crime across GMP.
In the last year theft of vehicle in the town has dropped 12 per cent and overall vehicle crime across Greater Manchester has fallen by ten per cent.
The police chief has dismissed the suggestion that it is a victimless crime.
