Police are appealing for the public's help to locate a wanted man from Farnworth.

Eden Lomax, 27, is wanted on recall to prison and for what police say is serious assault and criminal damage.

Officers say Lomax has links to Bolton and Salford and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “Help police trace a wanted man from the Farnworth area of Bolton.

“Eden Lomax (04/05/1996) is wanted on recall to prison and for serious assault and criminal damage.

“Lomax is known to have links to the Bolton and Salford areas of Greater Manchester.

“Anybody with information regarding his whereabouts should contact police on 999 or via the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”

Police regularly put out wanted appeals to help them find suspects or other people who are wanted on recall to prison, or in some cases for missing court appearances.

But the force urges anyone who sees a wanted person not to approach them and instead to contact police as soon as it is safe to do so.
